Melissa Bruce, C.Crim, BA, MSW, RSW

Melissa (she/her) has experience working with individuals of all ages experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression and grief.  She can assist with challenges related to parenting, families, life transitions, personal growth and relationships. She is also well-versed in the area of workplace psychological trauma. She is committed to teaching others about the prevention, mitigation and treatment of the impacts of occupational stress injuries.  Melissa provides a safe space for you to develop coping strategies, and to identify and work towards your goals.  She utilizes a narrative and strengths-based approach that is trauma-informed and supports cultural diversity.  Melissa has ten years experience working as a registered social worker.

Claire Cooper, MSW, RSW

Claire (she/her) offers a safe space to be yourself and believes in meeting people where they are.  She has significant experience working with all ages and stages of development, especially children, adolescents, and adults coping with chronic pain. She can work with you on a variety of goals related to anxiety, depression, parenting, life transitions, burnout, personal development, ADHD, and chronic pain.  She practices from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming lens and has been practicing as a registered social worker for ten years.

Melissa (she/her) makes it her main priority to provide a safe inclusive space to help you work towards your personal and family goals.  She has significant experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.  She can work with you to address the challenges you are facing related to anxiety, depression, parenting, life transitions, burnout, personal development, trauma, and loss.  Her practice is based on a strengths-based, anti-oppressive approach, and she takes a narrative approach to therapy to allow you space and time to share your story as you experience it.  Melissa has been practicing as a registered social worker for ten years.
